Join Onslow CHIP s we continue to promote community values and connections, partnership among organizations; locally available, accessible, low to no-cost venues for physical activity and integrated health education; safe activities which enhance the well-being of individuals and the community as a whole, and the empowerment of individual responsibility. Over the past years, great progress has been made toward that vision.

The planning and actions are supported through donations, grants and generous support from our local agencies. Our good work and accomplishments can only happen with support from our community.

Level & Benefits:

$5,000+: You/your organization will be included as a sponsor on all media, including our website for one year. You will receive all benefits listed under the $3,000 level & Onslow CHIP will coordinate two (2) wellness activities for your organization to participate in.

$3,000-$4,999: You/your organization will be included as a sponsor on all media, including website. Onslow CHIP will coordinate a workplace wellness health fair for your organization. You will receive monthly electronic wellness messages and newsletters to disseminate to employees for one year.

$1,000-$2,999: You/your organization will be included as a sponsor on all media, including website.

$10-$99: You/your organization will be listed on the Sponsor page of our web site under appropriate donation level for one year.

Should you wish to remain anonymous to the public; your generosity will only be reported to the Onslow CHIP Board of Directors and listed as Anonymous on the Sponsor Page of the website.
